PILATES & BEYOND!

The Pilates & Beyond bespoke studio is located in Sydney offering private one on one or semi group sessions in the studio or comfort of your own home, including pre and post natal.

Pilates & Beyond sessions fuse elements of traditional Pilates with functional full-body fitness. This optimises progress and ensures your body receives the love and attention YOU deserve. All sessions include a full body workout focusing on technique, posture, strength, stability, control and breath-work. Pilates & Beyond is on a mission to build not just strong bodies but strong minds.

Pilates & Beyond provides a space where you can have that personalised 1:1 specialised tailored support, but at the same time know that you’re supported and still being held accountable in the interim via the online studio. You will have the freedom to train with Hannah anywhere, anytime via the online platform for those times outside your in person sessions together.

Why Pilates?

Pilates is widely known to improve your posture, increase flexibility, build core strength and relieve stress. Pilates core principles include breath, control, stability/mobility and concentration. Pilates is a mindful movement that cleanses the mind while exercising the body. Whether you are a full time mum, an athlete or someone who sits behind a desk, Pilates offers a variety of benefits for everyone.

Mobile Pilates

All sessions are offered to individuals, small groups or families in the privacy of their own home or selected space.

Sessions will include a full body workout focusing on technique, alignment, stability and building your strength. Hannah believes that a fundamental part of exercise is feeling safe and comfortable in the space you are in. With our mobile pilates, Hannah offers a personal and empowering service. Each class is fun, dynamic and you will continually be challenged, supported and uplifted.

About Hannah

Hannah is a qualified Personal Trainer, Barre, Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor. She is also training to be a Meditation teacher. Hannah has been teaching and practicing Pilates for over 5 years and has a passion for all things movement. She has experienced first hand the far reaching benefits of Pilates and is passionate about instilling this passion in other people. Hannah has realised that people experience the greatest changes when their body and mind are in alignment with one another. She is continually educating herself further to help people move better and feel better both physically and mentally.

Hannah’s intention for every class that she teaches, whether in person or virtually, is for you to finish your session feeling connected, stronger, happier and inspired to make mindful movement a part of your everyday life.

Have the freedom to practice with Hannah anywhere, anytime and at your own pace. It doesn’t matter what age, gender, fitness level or ability you are, Pilates & Beyond has classes for every ‘body’. Get access to a full library of Pilates classes to help you create a regular Pilates programme from the comfort of your own home. The fun and creative classes focus on technique, leaving you feeling stronger, energised and more connected to your body, mind and soul.
