Each studio session is tailored specifically to the clients needs, abilities and goals. Hannah will create a unique session and programme using a combination of the reformer, mat and other small equipment to help you reach your personal goals and help strengthen and lengthen your body. Whether you’re new to exercise, are recovering from an injury or you simply prefer a 1:1 approach, the Pilates & Beyond studio offers a supportive, friendly and private space. Focusing on technique, alignment and building strength, each class is fun, dynamic and you will continually be challenged, supported and uplifted. Expect to leave feeling energised and invigorated.

All abilities, ages and genders are welcome at Pilates & Beyond.

Private 1:1

Pilates & Beyond’s private classes are all about YOU. In these sessions, you will have complete privacy with your instructor (Hannah). Whether you’re new to exercise, are recovering from an injury or you simply prefer a 1:1 approach, the Pilates & Beyond studio offers a supportive, friendly and private space. In your first session, Hannah will go through your medical history, injuries and what your personal goals are before conducting an assessment on your posture, alignment, strength and flexibility.

Shared Private 2:1

Keep yourself accountable by training with a friend or partner. Hannah will create a unique session and programme using a combination of the reformer, mat and other small equipment to help you both reach your personal goals and functional needs.

Zoom Matwork & Reformer

Join Hannah for a Pilates session taught live via Zoom. Hannah is originally from the UK, however is now living in sunny Australia. Since the start of Covid-19, Hannah has been teaching classes via Zoom and has loved sharing her passion with those across the globe. All you need is a Zoom account and your mat or reformer. Sessions can be 1:1’s or for the whole household. Hannah will send you a link and password once you have booked your time slot.

Prenatal Matwork & Reformer

Pilates is one of the best methods for maintaining your physical and mental wellbeing throughout your pregnancy. Sometimes navigating what you can and can’t do while pregnant when participating in workouts is hard. During your sessions, Hannah will safely advise and train you by creating a tailored programme to help you feel strong, prevent aches and pains and support you as your body changes throughout pregnancy. Sessions will focus on postural weaknesses, pelvic floor and alignment.

 

Please note there is a 24hr cancellation policy to ensure all our members can plan their sessions. Under current government regulations we’re adhering to Covid19 guidelines to ensure our clients safety whilst offering them the opportunity to continue moving their bodies at this time.
